Methode 1 — Meetlint
Wikkel een soepel meetlint om je pols op de positie waar je normaal je horloge draagt — net boven het polsbot. Houd het lint in contact zonder aan te trekken. Noteer de omtrek in centimeters.
Methode 2 — Papierstrip
Knip een papierstrip van circa 2cm breed en 25cm lang. Wikkel hem om de pols op polshorlogepositie. Markeer het punt waar de strip overlapt en meet de afstand met een liniaal.
