2. Independence Disclaimer

Royal Pop Style is an independent accessories brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Audemars Piguet & Cie SA, Swatch Group Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries or related companies. The names "Swatch", "Audemars Piguet", "Royal Oak", and "Royal Pop" are registered trademarks of their respective owners, referenced solely to describe product compatibility. Our products are independently designed aftermarket accessories, not original manufacturer parts.

3. Products & Compatibility

All products are designed for compatibility with the Royal Pop 40mm watch. Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual colours may vary slightly depending on screen calibration. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice. Compatibility is guaranteed exclusively with the Royal Pop 40mm. Royal Pop Style accepts no liability for use with other watches or configurations.

4. Pricing & VAT

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include Belgian VAT (21%) for EU consumers. Prices are all-inclusive: applicable taxes and import duties are included in the displayed price, with no additional fees at delivery within Europe. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout confirmation.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or failed payment authorisation. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting contact@royalpopstyle.com, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

EU Right of Withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU): as an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day return policy exceeds this legal minimum. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@royalpopstyle.com.

6. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed securely via encrypted connections. We do not store card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Free express shipping across Europe on every order, no minimum. Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after Friday 14:00 CET are processed on Monday morning.

8. Returns & Refunds

30-day return window from delivery confirmation.

Damaged or defective on arrival: contact us within 48 hours with photo/video evidence — we cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
Change of mind: customer covers return shipping — full refund issued on receipt of the returned item in its original condition.

9. Legal Guarantee

All products carry a 2-year guarantee of conformity under EU law (Directive 2019/771/EU), covering manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery. Months 1-12: defect presumed present at delivery. Months 13-24: customer must demonstrate the defect existed at delivery. This guarantee applies in addition to any commercial return rights described above.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on royalpopstyle.com is the exclusive property of Royal Pop Style and is protected by Belgian and international intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Royal Pop Style's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. We encourage you to contact us directly before escalating any dispute. If unresolved, EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Disputes not resolved via ODR are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arlon, Belgium. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
