Royal Pop Style is an independent accessories brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Audemars Piguet & Cie SA, Swatch Group Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries or related companies.

The names “Swatch”, “Audemars Piguet”, “Royal Oak”, and “Royal Pop” are registered trademarks of their respective owners. They are referenced on this website solely to describe the compatibility of our products. Our products (PopStrap, PopRing) are independently designed aftermarket accessories. They are not original manufacturer parts.

3. Products & Compatibility

All products sold by Royal Pop Style are designed for compatibility with the Swatch × Audemars Piguet Royal Pop 40mm watch. Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

Compatibility is guaranteed with the Royal Pop 40mm (20mm lug width). Royal Pop Style accepts no liability for use with other watches or configurations.

4. Pricing & VAT

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include Belgian VAT (21%) for EU consumers. Non-EU customers may see prices excluding local taxes — these may be added by your country's customs authority on import.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout confirmation.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

Pricing errors on the website
Stock unavailability
Suspected fraudulent activity
Failure of payment authorisation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting contact@royalpopstyle.com, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

6. Payment

We accept payment via Shopify Payments and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely via encrypted connections. We do not store card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Pop Style shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Arlon, Belgium. As a consumer within the EU, you retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence under EU consumer protection law.
