Which strap fits the Swatch x Audemars Piguet Royal Pop 40mm?

All Royal Pop Style straps are designed specifically for the Swatch x Audemars Piguet Royal Pop 40mm - quick-release system, compatible with every colourway. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely via Shopify Payments with full SSL encryption. No payment data is ever stored on our servers. All transactions are 3D Secure compatible.

Are taxes and customs fees included in the price?

Yes. All prices are displayed DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. All applicable taxes and import duties are included in the displayed price. You will never receive an unexpected bill upon delivery within Europe.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement by emailing contact@royalpopstyle.com with your order number. After 24 hours the order may have already shipped and must follow the return process.

When is my order confirmed?

A binding contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email. You will receive an order acknowledgement immediately after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Free express shipping across Europe on every order. No minimum purchase, no conditions, no exceptions. The shipping cost shown at checkout is always €0.00.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24-48h on business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 14:00 CET on Friday are processed Monday morning. You receive a tracking number by email once shipped.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes — we ship across Europe. Free express shipping applies to all our delivery countries, including Belgium, France, and the Netherlands.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time from dispatch to doorstep. If you haven’t received tracking within 48h of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

First check your tracking link. If your package hasn’t moved in over 5 business days, email us at contact@royalpopstyle.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation within 24–48h. If the package is confirmed lost: full replacement or refund — your choice, at no cost to you.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery confirmation date. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email contact@royalpopstyle.com with your order number — we reply within 24–48h with instructions.

What is the EU 14-day right of withdrawal?

As an EU consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Who pays for return shipping?

Damaged or defective on arrival: we provide a prepaid return label at no cost. Contact us within 48h of delivery with a photo or video.

Change of mind / EU withdrawal: return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Full product refund issued upon receipt in original condition.

How quickly will I be refunded?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The credit is applied to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process the transaction.

What's the difference between ceramic and bioceramic, and why bioceramic?

Traditional ceramic is hard and scratch-resistant, but also brittle, heavy, and can crack or shatter on impact. Bioceramic is an advanced ceramic-polymer composite: it keeps ceramic's scratch-resistant, high-gloss finish while adding the lightness and shock-resistance of a high-grade polymer. The result is a bracelet that is lightweight, comfortable all day, won't crack if knocked, hypoallergenic, and permanently fade-proof and UV-stable — the durability and look of ceramic, without the weight or fragility.

Which watch model is this compatible with?

Every product at Royal Pop Style is designed exclusively for the Royal Pop 40mm — the octagonal-case model. No other watch is supported.

What is bioceramic?

Bioceramic is a composite material blending ceramic and polymer. Key properties: scratch-resistant, hypoallergenic, feather-light, UV-stable, and permanently vivid in colour. It is a premium composite that gives our bioceramic straps a refined, durable finish.

How do I install the strap? Is it difficult?

Installation takes under 30 seconds. Use the included spring bar tool to release the quick-release pins on your existing strap, slide it off, and click the new strap into place. No watchmaker required.

How do I know if the strap will fit my wrist?

Wrap a soft tape measure around your wrist just below the wrist bone. Keep it snug but not tight.

My wrist is larger than 20 cm. Can I still order?

The silicone strap maxes out at approximately 20 cm. If your wrist is at or above this limit, please contact us before ordering — we’ll confirm fit and avoid an unnecessary return.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. All products carry a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU Directive 2019/771/EU and Belgian consumer law, covering manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery. This applies to all EU consumers and is in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Where is Royal Pop Style based? Which law applies?

Royal Pop Style is operated by Brahim Korkdan, 53 Rue de Schoppach, 6700 Arlon, Belgium — VAT BE0869.820.081. Belgian law governs all transactions. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
