1. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right, notify us before the 14-day period expires by email at contact@royalpopstyle.com with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this policy.

Once we receive your withdrawal notice, you have 14 additional days to return the item. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is damaged or defective.

2. Return Window

Beyond the 14-day EU right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day return window from the date shown on your delivery confirmation (carrier tracking) to initiate a return request.

3. Eligibility

Your item must be:

Unworn and unaltered
In its original packaging with all accessories
Free of signs of use or customer-caused damage

Items not meeting these conditions will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.

4. Return Shipping

Email contact@royalpopstyle.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the damage. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with a prepaid return label. Claims received after 48 hours or without supporting evidence are handled as standard returns.

Pro tip: Film a short clip when you open your package. If anything is wrong, this is all you need to get your return covered.

We recommend a tracked service. Royal Pop Style is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

5. How to Return

6. Return Shipment Deadline

Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item within 14 calendar days. Requests where no shipment is received within this window will be automatically closed.

7. Refunds

Processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Refunds go to your original payment method; allow 3–5 additional business days depending on your bank. If your payment method is no longer active, let us know when you submit your return request.

8. Partial Orders

Bought multiple items? You can return them individually. Each item is assessed and refunded separately.

9. Pack & Bundle Returns

Items purchased as part of a pack or bundle may be returned individually. The refund for a single item from a bundle is calculated based on the individual retail price of that item. If the entire bundle is returned, the full bundle price is refunded.

10. Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return your item, then place a new order for the colour or model you want — this guarantees availability and the fastest turnaround.

11. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will provide a prepaid return label and, once the item is received, send the correct product or issue a full refund — your choice. All costs are covered by Royal Pop Style.

12. Undelivered Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us. We open a carrier investigation within 24–48 hours. If the package is confirmed lost: replacement or full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.

13. Returns Lost in Transit

Royal Pop Style is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. If a tracked return is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

14. Condition of Returned Items

All returns are inspected upon arrival. Royal Pop Style photographs every order before dispatch. If a returned item is found to differ from the item originally shipped — in model, colour, condition, or authenticity — Royal Pop Style reserves the right to apply a partial refund reflecting the diminished value, refuse the return and ship the item back at the sender's expense, or report the matter to the relevant authorities. You will be notified by email before any deduction is applied.

All return, refund, and guarantee claims require proof of original purchase from royalpopstyle.com (order confirmation email or order number).

17. Care & Usage Instructions

Proper care preserves your bracelet and maintains your rights under the 2-year legal guarantee. Damage resulting from non-compliance is not covered by our return policy or the statutory guarantee.

Bioceramic Bracelets

Do: Clean with a soft dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth. Store in original box or soft pouch. Remove before intense physical activity or contact sports.
Avoid: Direct impacts against hard surfaces. Prolonged exposure to perfume, sunscreen, acetone, bleach, or alcohol-based products.

Silicone / Silicone-Bioceramic Bracelets

Do: Rinse with clean water after sport or sweat exposure. Clean with mild soap and soft cloth. Dry before storing.
Avoid: Sharp objects or abrasive surfaces. Prolonged exposure to solvents or oil-based products.

18. 2-Year Legal Guarantee

EU consumers benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects under EU Directive 1999/44/EC and Belgian consumer law. This guarantee covers defects present at the time of delivery and is in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy. To invoke this guarantee, contact us at contact@royalpopstyle.com with proof of purchase and description/photos of the defect.
