Free Shipping Across Europe. Always.

Every Royal Pop Style order ships free — no minimum order, no exceptions, no surprises at checkout. Shipping is always included in your product price.

Prices Are All-Inclusive

The price you see is the price you pay. All applicable taxes and import duties are included — no customs fees, no surprise charges at delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24‑48 hours on business days.

• Monday to Friday: orders placed before 14:00 CET are typically dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after Friday 14:00 CET (or on weekends/public holidays) will be processed on Monday morning.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch date and may be affected by peak periods. Royal Pop Style cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.

Tracking

All orders are shipped via express carriers and include a tracking number. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a direct tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 20 days of the expected delivery date, contact us at contact@royalpopstyle.com. We will open a claim immediately and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours.

Returns & Return Shipping

• Damaged or defective on arrival: contact us within 48 hours with a photo/video — we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
• Change of mind / standard returns: customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Full refund issued on receipt.

Force Majeure

Royal Pop Style shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, government actions, customs delays, pandemic-related restrictions, or any other event of force majeure. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a revised delivery estimate, a replacement shipment, or a full refund — at your choice.
