The 3-step method
- Take a flexible tape measure or a strip of paper.
- Wrap it just below the wrist bone, neither too tight nor too loose.
- Note the measurement in centimeters — that's your wrist size.
Without a tape measure, a trick: wrap a piece of string around your wrist, mark the overlap point, then measure the string with a ruler.
