Our Guarantee: 30 Days to Return

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Royal Pop Style purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund of the product price. This voluntary policy is in addition to your statutory EU rights below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Be unworn and unaltered
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Not show signs of deliberate damage or modification

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees. The full product price is always refunded on an eligible return.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Item damaged or defective on arrival: we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video.
  • Change of mind / wrong colour choice / EU withdrawal: return shipping is at the customer's expense. The full product price is refunded once we receive the item in its original condition.

How to Return

  1. Email us at contact@royalpopstyle.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions (and a prepaid label if the item arrived damaged or defective).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original box and send it to the return address below.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional business days depending on your payment provider.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or you received the wrong product, contact us at contact@royalpopstyle.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost, or refund you in full — whichever you prefer — and cover the return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different colour or model, simply return your item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround.

EU Consumer Rights

As a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order (Directive 2011/83/EU), exercisable without giving any reason. Our voluntary 30-day policy extends this period. You also benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Directive 2019/771/EU). To exercise your withdrawal right, email us before the 14-day deadline with your order number; you then have 14 further days to return the item.
