Our Guarantee: 30 Days. No Questions Asked.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Royal Pop Style purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund. We cover the return shipping cost. Zero risk.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Be unworn and unaltered
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Not show signs of deliberate damage or modification

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees. Returns are always processed at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Royal Pop Style provides a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. You do not pay anything to send the item back — whether the reason is a change of mind, a wrong colour choice, or a defective product.

How to Return

  1. Email us at contact@royalpopstyle.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original box and drop it at the indicated carrier point.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional business days depending on your payment provider.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or you received the wrong product, contact us at contact@royalpopstyle.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost, or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different colour or model, simply return your item (free) and place a new order. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround.

EU Consumer Rights

As a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order (Directive 2011/83/EU). Our 30-day policy exceeds this minimum and replaces it in full.
