In short: outside the European Union, the risk with buying online is the customs bill on delivery. With Royal Pop Style there is none: every order ships with taxes and import duties included (DDP, Delivered Duty Paid). Shipping is free by Express carrier, dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
What DDP means
When a parcel crosses a border, import duties and taxes (VAT, sales tax) may be due. There are two ways to handle them:
- DDU / DAP (duties unpaid): the buyer pays the carrier on delivery, often with a handling fee on top. The parcel can be held until you pay.
- DDP (duties paid): the seller pays everything in advance. The parcel is delivered with nothing to pay.
We use DDP. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Tracking and support
Every parcel has a tracking number, sent by email as soon as it leaves. If your parcel is delayed well beyond the estimate, email contact@royalpopstyle.com and we open a claim with the carrier. If it is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or refund you.
Returns from outside the EU
You have 90 days from delivery to request a return. Returns are free if the item is damaged or defective (contact us within 48 hours with a photo). Otherwise return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend a tracked service. The 14-day right of withdrawal and the 2-year legal warranty apply to EU consumers.
